- פִּרְזוּמָא, פִּירְ׳m. (פַּרְזֵם) juice, brewage, 1) beer of figs, thorns Pes.107a ומה פ׳ דבעאיוכ׳ Ar. (ed. פיר׳; Ms. M. פורזימא, Ms. M. 2 פורזמא; the words in ed. a. Mss. between פ׳ a. דבעאי, are a gloss to פ׳, read as in Ms. O. שכר תאיני ואסיני) since I asked … even with regard to pirzuma (which is superior to barley beer) 2) פ׳ דשיכרא the second run of barley beer.
